Early on in his career as a real estate agent, Dexter won awards such as the regional real estate rookie of the year and landed in the top 5% of real estate agents in America. He went on to receive a Real Estate Broker's license for VA and NC, and was eventually asked to be the leadership and sales director of one of the largest privately held real estate companies in the country. In spite of his success in the world of real estate, Dexter knew his purpose was to ultimately pursue his passion of adding value to others in a larger way. He is now a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, and has built his own organization, called Leadership & Sales Academy. On behalf of Leadership & Sales Academy, he travels across the nation teaching and training business executives and corporate heads the importance of first understanding themselves so they can better connect with those around them.
