The responsibility and duty to raise our children is paramount to anything a parent will ever have to do. So what happens when a father has the duty of raising 10 to 20 children? Can a father actually provide the emotional and financial support for that many children? General guidelines for child support are no less than 40% of the noncustodial parents income if there are 5 or more children. This percentage may differ depending upon the laws of the state where the child/children reside. The rules also differ if multiple children reside in different households and/or parents share equal physical custody.
