Real Sisters Talk welcomes Irish singer, songwriter & producer Luan Parle to the show to share her amazing story of childhood success, a partnership with the Grammy-winning Bill Bottrell that resulted in the "Lost Mendocino Sessions", and the journey to find her own way in a corporate world where its so easy to get lost. Luan has had an amazing career; she opened for Elton John and toured with superstar James Blunt. She won Irelands Meteor Award for "Best Irish Female Artist" and the Tatler Award for "Music Woman of the Year." Yet, her career has been marked with setbacks, as well. After spending nine months in 2003 in Mendocino, California with the legendary Bill Bottrell (his work has produced 11 Grammy nominations) their album got locked in a rights dispute and to this day has not been released. Also, her father, the person most responsible for her love of music, suffered a severe stroke a year and half ago--a tragedy that kept her from wanting to sing or write until now.
