It helps to have foreign travel experience, some kind of knowledge about the world. You have to stress why you are good for UCLA, what would your contribution be to knowledge if admitted. in general the Masters in Political Sciences leads usually to a Ph.D. In order to enter any UCLA Masters Programs all above papers are needed.
