Todays Title and Author The 411 on Surviving Teenhood by Michele Sfakianos,RN The book was very informative! The book is created for parents and teens! Theres a excellent chapter on Parenting Styles starting on page 87! The book also covered topics like eating disorders, poor nutrition, obesity, and binge eating in chapter two! In other chapters the book outlined topics like Sleep Disorders, Self Mutilation, Dating Abuse, and Sexual Orientation! It was an easy to read up-to-date find! We give this book a 4 on our rating scale!
