Restaurants come and go. Some have hi-tech gimmicks. Others have just plain good food. And still others use celebrity glamor to attract customers. Its a tough business with only a 5% success rate. Justin interviews Paul Motenko, Co-Chairman and Co-CEO of Stacked Restaurants, LLC., a newly-developed company that opened restaurants in Torrance, CA, San Diego, CA and Cerritos CA during 2011 and Thousand Oaks, CA in March, 2013. STACKED offers burgers, pizza, salads, and mac ‘n' cheese in a create-your-own menu format. STACKED also offers appetizers, sides and desserts as well as a full bar. Guests utilize table-top iPads to choose between dozens of ingredients to create their meal with exactly the flavors they like best. Stacked Restaurants recently received the first annual Technology Innovator of the Year Award by the National Restaurant Association and was designated a “Hot Concept” for 2012 by Nation's Restaurant News.
