Mike McCoy & Deanna Reeder will discuss the 5/14/2013 Moreno Valley City Council Meeting. Two weeks in to the Moreno Valley City Council corruption investigation the City Manager "resigned/retired". Did the City Council let him resign before he could be subpoenaed? Indicted? For the first time in the history of the City, the Mayor (Tom Owings) enforced a limit on the number of public speakers. Was this to circumvent first amendment rights?
