After a somewhat disappointing stint working for some national photo exchange companies, he knew that it was time for a change. Ferrell recounts being told by his former manager, "youll never be successful on your own." Imagine! "So often we allow people to kill our dreams and things we believe in, but when you know who you are and the gift that God has given you, no one can take that away." Spoken like a true champion. With the dynamic force of his faith in God and his determination to become successful, he started his career by taking pictures of family and friends. At that time he gave the pictures away for free.
