Yikes! "Probable cause is a level of reasonable belief, based upon facts that can be articulated, that is required to arrest and prosecute a person in criminal court. Before a person can be arrested and prosecuted, the police and prosecutor must possess enough facts that would lead a reasonable person to believe that the claim or charge is true" - thats according to a free online Legal Dictionary. Well have to watch #Castle, Monday October 29th 10/9c, to find out if all the "facts" are "reasonable " against Rick and if through all of this Kate can continue to follow what she knows to be true in her heart. Probable Cause was written by Andrew W. Marlowe and directed by John Terlesky. This angst-y episode should make for an interesting STR Round Table discussion.
